• When you become a member of the exclusive privatefloor family, you buy access to our cost prices on the site. The cost saving is calculated through the difference between the price usually found in the traditional distribution networks and our member price. With this membership you purchase our products at special member prices instead of shop prices and you save about 90% all year long. The total purchases made during the term of your membership is limited by the maximum that your card entitles you to purchase.

We offer you 2 options, with different advantages:

• The GOLD card will cost you only £10/month (£30 /quarter) and allows you to purchase up to £450 worth of items per quarter. It gives you access to cost prices on daily privatefloor private sales. The longer your membership period is extended, the higher your purchase limit will be and the more you save!
• The PLATINUM card will cost you only £20 /month (£60 /quarter) and allows you to purchase up to £1200 worth of items per quarter. It gives you access to cost prices on daily privatefloor private sales. The longer your membership period is extended, the higher your purchase limit will be and the more you save!

Let's take a specific example: product X is sold for an average of £250 incl. VAT on known private sales websites.

The price of this product X on privatefloor: 40% cheaper than on private sales sites, which makes it £150 incl. VAT.

1. If you are a GOLD member at £30 /quarter: You buy £450 worth of products over that period. Your savings are about £300 compared to what you would pay on private sales websites (you would have spent £750 for the same products and under exactly the same conditions).
2. If you are a GOLD member at £120 /year: You get 2 months of membership free, thereby increasing the duration of your membership, and your purchase limit is now set at £2100 . You buy £2100 worth of products over the period. Your savings are about £1400 compared to what you would pay on private sales websites (you would have spent £3100 for the exact same products and in exactly the same conditions).
3. If you are a PLATINUM member at £60 /quarter: You buy £1200 worth of products over that period. Your savings are about 800€ compared to what you would pay on private sales websites (you would have spent £2000 for the exact same products and in exactly the same conditions).
4. Etc…

• Once you've reached your limit, an email is sent to alert you of this fact. If you want to benefit from the cost prices again, you will have to renew your card.
• Once you've reached your purchase limit, you have to renew a new card in order to continue to enjoy the cost prices on the site.
• You have a statutory period of 7 days to cancel your membership from the date of the initiation of your subscription. After this period, your membership is final and valid for a period of 3 to 12 months according to the option purchased, all of which are mentioned in our terms of sale.

• At privatefloor, you are a subscriber for the time you subscribed. At the end of your contract, you will receive an email informing you the automatic renewal of your subscription for the initial subscribed term. If you do not want to renew it, you only have to cancel your subscription in Your Account.

• Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back! If your 1st order does not meet with your expectation, you may return it and the full amount will be refunded, including shipping.
